To give some more context, I trained in a self defence class, my master was a humble man at first look, but he was actually crowned twice as the european karate champion, a fearsome warrior. He said to me that I should train my mind and body, but only trained my body. After I got into trouble (had a fight which wasnt lawfully justified) I saw my mistake, and began to evade any confrontation, but instead I tried relying on my mind as much as possible, read The Art of War, it changed my life, used it in all aspects of it, got my degree in engineering with easier efforts, before that almost every exam was painfull. In conclusion, this episode shows us so many things to learn, one could write a book about it. (Use the way of the mind, the mind is the most dangerous weapon, do not seek a confrontation when provoked, be wise and evade conflict, force is only the last solution... etc this is the mindset of a true warrior )
